If the damaged/defective items’ case was not covered by CashBasha’s return policy, our team can help you return the item back to the seller in order to obtain a refund. The return will be requested and you will be provided with a return label and a return window. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fees, and will be required to provide a tracking number for the returned shipment. Once item is successfully returned to seller, the customer can be refunded for item price only. Replacements are not possible when returning items to sellers, and the amount will be the item’s price only.
